Challenges :

Specializing in IV therapies at home (vitamin injection), YuBoost has launched into digital to develop its activity. After an initial mixed experience with Google Ads advertising campaigns, YuBoost wishes to entrust the management of its advertising account to a new partner in order to improve performance.

Approach :

Since a Google Ads account existed, we took a specific approach. Indeed, the data and history of an account being precious, it was not conceivable to automatically create a new account and new campaigns. The first step in our work was therefore to carry out a careful audit of the existing Google Ads account. We analyzed the general parameters, the strategies used, the choice of targeted keywords, the writing of the ads and even the monitoring of conversions in order to evaluate avenues for optimization and areas of development.
At the same time, we took the time to interact with our client in order to understand their expectations, know their resources, and assess the opportunities and threats on their market.

Since the collection of data and its reliability are essential to guarantee good analyzes and therefore good decisions, we have paid particular attention to monitoring the interactions carried out by visitors on the site. We have therefore upgraded the tracking to make it more reliable in data collection.

This first step is essential to make the most relevant adjustments and activate the most appropriate levers in order to improve campaign performance. In consultation with our client, we prioritized and targeted our first actions on two main areas. On the one hand on adjusting account settings. On the other hand by improving the relevance and quality of content.

Once the campaigns were relaunched, we monitored their performance to make adjustments in real time and allow the algorithm to do its learning work in the best possible way.

Results :

2 months after the reactivation of the campaigns, the objectives are achieved and even exceeded. At a similar budget, the visibility of the client’s products among its target audience increased considerably with an ad impression rate increasing by 375%. Ads displayed in the very first position on the Google search engine increased by more than 255%.

Beyond visibility, we have gained credibility and impact since the click-through rate on ads has increased by 79%.
